The fee is $35.00 to take the exam. On the day of the exam, please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted time slot, then follow these directions:
1. Register at the table in the lobby, take two score sheets for each exam that you will be taking, and put your name at the top.
2. Self-address one envelope for each exam and take both sheets and the envelope into the exam room with you.
3. Have your photo taken by Gotta Dance staff.
� Your scores will be mailed to your home two to four weeks after your exam.
� Please do not ask questions about the exam at the test site. Your teachers are more than happy to answer any questions in class before test day.
� Remember, all we ask is that you do your best. This is your chance to demonstrate your love of dance and to experience the rewards of working hard, perfecting your dance technique.
**Your score sheets will be sent to your home two to four weeks after your exam.
