Every professional at Gotta Dance is selected for their outstanding credentials as well as their high-energy personalities and love for teaching. Every teacher holds a degree in dance and/or professional dance certification. Our staff has performed with numerous professional companies such as The American Dance Ensemble, Extension Dance Company and Ft. Worth Ballet Company.

Jana Belot (Gotta Dance Director/Teacher)
Talent Scholarship, Point Park College Dance Major performed with The Extension and American Dance Ensemble, co-founded Gotta Dance in 1989, Dance Educators of America certified, high honors.

Kevin Byrne
BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, dances for the American Repertory Ballet in Princeton, NJ, performed lead role, "The Cavalier" in ARB's The Nutcracker.

Mary Capellas
Radio City Rockette, choreographed many musicals, danced aboard Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruiselines, teaches "The Rockette Experience".

Sarah Carothers
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Point Park College with a degree in Dance, has performed off Broadway, at Six Flags Great Adventure, several works - Pittsburg Playhouse.

Gabriel Chajnick
Attended Julliard on full scholarship, Soloist for the American Rep. Ballet, performed works by Martha Graham and Paul Taylor.

Mirta DeFelice
BA in Dance from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts, member of Associated Dance Theaters of Central Jersey, appeared in Giselle and The Nutcracker with NJ Theatre Guild.

Sarah Gulbin
Is a Senior at Rutgers College. Member of The Rutgers Performing Dance Company, and on the Dean's list. Sarah has been dancing with Gotta Dance for 18 years.

Caroline Hidalgo
BA in Dance from Rutgers Mason Gross University, attended Governor's School for the Arts, danced with Ft. Worth Ballet in Cinderella and the Nutcracker.

Jessica Johnson
AFA in Dance from Morris County College, attended Ramapo College, Awarded 4th overall at International Dance Comp./Festival in Prague, Many Awards in Gymnastics and Dance.

Linda Kilponen
Radio City Rockette, Graduate of Point Park College, teaches conventions and judges dance competitions. Dynamite Choreographer and teacher.

Kathleen Lynch
Graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA in dance. and a minor in Psychology. Kathleen has performed with Modern choreographers John Evans and Julia Ritter.

Nicole Mahncke
Graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA in dance. Her choreography has been present at "The Outlet Dance Project" in the Hamilton Grounds for Sculptures and many other student venues.

Laura McComb
Graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA.

Tom McKie
Teaches Hip-Hop and Street Funk classes at conventions throughout the world, teaches hip-hop at Rutgers University.

Jenna Milkewicz
Is a student at the Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. She was a Gotta Dance student for ten years, and was an assistant teacher for five. For two years, she was the Assistant Rehearsal Director for the Gotta Dance studens in the Moscow Ballet's Nutcracker.
