Miss Caroline has been with Gotta Dance for 24 years! She has watched Gotta Dance grow through the years, setting the standard for excellence in dance education, and is proud to be a part of something so special. Caroline holds her degree in Dance from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers. She is a Dance Educator of America- high honors, and has certification to teach Vaganova Ballet Syllabus levels one through six. Caroline is the Nutcracker Rehearsal Director for the Moscow Ballet, a title she has held since 2001. Caroline launched Gotta Dance's "Education Initiative" program in 2010, with the objective of guiding each student to his or her ideal "dance destination". She became the Director of Gotta Dance Curriculum in 2013. Caroline feels passionately about sharing her love and knowledge of dance with each student. She teaches classes in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern, and preschool.

I was 5 years old. I began training seriously in ballet when I was 8 years old.
